A fast-growing, private equity-backed SaaS company is hiring its first Head of Legal to lead and build the legal function. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the executive team, you’ll handle everything from commercial contracts and M&A to governance, compliance, and risk. This is a strategic, high-impact role in a business scaling internationally and investing heavily in product innovation.

We’re looking for a UK-qualified solicitor (circa 10–15 years PQE) with a corporate law background and strong in-house experience in tech or SaaS, ideally in a PE-backed environment. You’ll be commercially minded, confident advising senior stakeholders, and ready to shape legal strategy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
